I wanted the membership (current and future) to know about CLUE's
activities. Both Evan (CLUE's Executive Director) and I (CLUE's policy
coordinator) participated at CopyCamp this last weekend.

Personally, I just use an OpenOffice spreadsheet...:-)

However, a quick look on sourceforge.net ...

Desktop section, Education section, search for "marks"

brings back 10 results of people using various systems for marking.

Incidentally, there has very recently been a change in the Minister of
Education for Ontario. (Used to be Sandra Pupatello). Now it is

Ladies and gentlemen:

Well, it has been 3 weeks now into the semester, and students in my
science classes do not have access to computers!? Probably now the
most basic tool of science, and none available for high school
