Sigh...the only real thing that is happening is that Canada (along
with the U.S.) is falling further and further behind the rest of the
world, thanks to the corrupt, bungling baffoons who currently manage
the country (I use the word manage, since there are certainly no
'leaders'). At least the GPC is becoming at least aware of something
called FLOSS.
